Collaborative Care Starts With Clear Communication

Respira welcomes referrals from dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, pediatric providers, bodyworkers, and other professionals involved in a patient’s care.

Our goal is to make the referral process simple and to support communication across the care team when appropriate.

We review each referral to help determine whether myofunctional therapy may be appropriate.

What Happens Next

  1. Referral Submitted

    The provider submits the online or printable referral form.

  2. Respira Reviews the Referral

    We review the information and contact the appropriate person regarding next steps.

  3. Care Coordination

    When appropriate and with proper consent, Respira may communicate with the referring provider as part of coordinated care.
